VPNUQ · Data Handling
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNUQ handles account, order, and website usage information when providing cross-border access subscriptions and operating this website. Connecting to international routes and browsing this website involve different data-handling activities; their purposes are described separately below. Please read the terms relevant to you before using the service.
Account Details and Their Use
No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough to create an account. VPNUQ uses the username to identify the account and login credentials to verify access, maintain subscription status, and provide account services. Passwords are used for authentication and should not be shared in support tickets or other public places.
If you voluntarily provide an email address during a conversation, it will be used only to respond to that request and for necessary follow-up service communications. Providing one is not a condition of registration. Support ticket content, attachments, or diagnostic notes you submit may include information you choose to disclose; please review them and remove personal details unrelated to the issue before sending.
Orders and Payment Records
To activate subscriptions, verify data allowances, resolve order issues, and meet necessary financial obligations, VPNUQ retains the plan selected, order status, transaction identifiers, and payment results associated with an account. Order records help confirm whether service has been activated and support billing disputes or refund requests.
Payments through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are handled by the respective third-party payment services. Information you submit to a payment service is handled under its own rules. VPNUQ receives the payment status needed to verify an order and does not require you to provide complete payment credentials or other irrelevant information in a support ticket.
Connection Data and the No-Logs Policy
VPNUQ follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, save browsing content, or retain connection session logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. There is no retention period for connection logs available for later retrieval, because this service does not create such browsing records.
The subscription service still needs to identify whether an account is authorized and calculate plan usage. Account-level subscription status and usage summaries should therefore be distinguished from browsing content: the former are used to provide the service and should not be understood as a list of websites visited. If you submit a support ticket about a technical issue, VPNUQ will use the information you provide to address it; please do not include unnecessary private content in diagnostic materials.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Website Analytics
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, save interface preferences, and support essential page functions. These storage items are not the same type of data as browsing records on international routes. Clearing browser storage may sign you out, and you may need to select some preferences again.
VPNUQ may review website page analytics to understand how pages are used, identify loading issues, and improve content. These analytics relate to pages on this website; they do not mean that VPNUQ records other websites users visit through the subscription service. You can adjust browser cookie restrictions in its settings. Restricting essential storage may prevent account features from working properly.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained for as long as needed to process transactions and disputes and meet applicable obligations. Support ticket information you submit is retained while your request is being handled and for any necessary follow-up checks. When these purposes have ended, information will be deleted or de-identified as required. Records that must be kept by law will not be removed immediately in response to a deletion request.
You can submit a support ticket in the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Please identify the account and specify the scope of your request so it can be verified and the outcome shared with you. Deleting account information needed to maintain an active subscription may affect your future use; this impact will be explained before processing the request.
Policy Updates and Questions
VPNUQ may revise this policy when service processes or applicable requirements change, and will update the “Last updated” date at the beginning of the page. Important changes to data use or user choices will be highlighted separately where appropriate. The version published on this page is the current one; please review any changes before continuing to use the service.
If you have questions about how information is handled or wish to make a request related to this policy, contact VPNUQ through the support ticket page in the user panel. For specific terms concerning subscriptions and refunds, please also see the Terms of Service.
